Job Description
We are looking for an IT Officer to come and join us. As one of the most exciting companies in the telecom tech space, Mobile-Technologies is growing fast. With offices in Bangkok, Dubai and Lagos, you will work with multi-skilled colleagues and be responsible of IT related aspects of the company.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Responsible for the company daily IT operation and support.
- Supervise one Junior IT Engineer
- Take care IT office environments and network: Server status, Network status, Wi-Fi router, switch, laptop/PC, hardware/ software, Printer, ISP coordination, VPNs, etc.
- Manage IT inventory and IT purchase.
- Monitor IT system availability and security.
- Other IT tasks: access permissions management, internal reporting, etc.
To join our crew, following points will be considered:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in IT fields
- Server management experience: Windows and Linux OS
- Microsoft AD and Office 365 experience
- Network management skills: LAN / WAN including internal client VPN and site-to-site VPN
- Network monitoring experience: Zabbix or similar
- Virtualization and Backup management: vSphere or similar. Veeam or similar
- Inventory management: Snipe-IT or similar
- Database management: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL and similar
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, CMMI or ITIL is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, CMMI or ITIL is a plus.
- Thai candidate preferred. English proficient.
