Major breakthrough business for Mobile-Technologies with new customer in North Africa
Large telecom service provider in North Africa awards Mobile-Technologies order for delivery of a solution for omni-channel digital onboarding and enablement of customer-care services
A major telecom operator in North Africa has entrusted Mobile-Technologies to deliver its software and services for building an omni-channel digital identity management solution, as well as digitalized enablement for supporting services for high-volume customer journeys. The solution will allow customer onboarding for mobile services and for financial services, in channels such as service centres, call centre, customer care, in direct interaction with dealers, as well as in self-service, via dedicated Apps and web-portal. Beside capturing and validating identity data, including biometrics, the solution will enable onboarding and activation of SIM and e-SIM for mobile services, registration for mobile wallet, and other customer services such as activation or deactivation of value added services or change of subscription ownership.
The business engagement covers delivery of Mobile-Technologies software product iRM (Intelligent Registration Management) as well as specific customizations, services and and operational support for two years.
Mobile-Technologies Intelligent Registration Management (iRM) solution guarantees secure customer data capture, including biometric validations, data and document management, and service enablement, for end-to-end customer onboarding.
