Mobile-Technologies awarded order for Identity Management and Customer Registration solution by new Telecom Operator in Middle East
Telecom service provider in Middle East has selected Mobile-Technologies’ Registration Management solution for the customer onboarding.
Following a comprehensive evaluation process carried during the past year, the service provider in Middle East has awarded the project for building the digital customer journey for onboarding and registration of subscribers to Mobile-Technologies. The criteria were the comprehensive solution capabilities, the know-how and the extensive operational experience that Mobile-Technologies has in the area of identity management and digital customer registration.
The strategic intent and the operational ambition with the project is to offer subscribers the convenience to perform a self-registration, while keeping a strong focus on the regulatory framework for identity data collection, and the aspects of security and data accuracy. The customer journey during onboarding includes digital capabilities of extracting data from national ID documents, capturing facial biometric data and validating identity before completing the registration for different services.
Mobile-Technologies Intelligent Registration Management (iRM) solution guarantees secure customer data capture, including biometric validations, data and document management, and service enablement, for end-to-end customer onboarding.
